Large lithograph printed folded map in 24 sections engraved by Frederick Bryer (1840?-1919) for Kelly & Co. Post Office Directory Office 1874. The map continued to be published in Kelly's Directory until at least 1937.

Original hand colour wash showing the county Parliamentary Divisions, parks and water features. Deatailed plan of London. The King George V reservoir at Chingford as shown as M.W.B. Reservoir which was commenced by the Metropolitan Water Board in 1908 and completed in 1912, giving us a probable date of 1914 for the publication of this map, in Kelly's Directory of Middlesex.

Folds as issued. Two closed tears repaired with archival tape verso to right edge extending 9cm into Essex and Kent. Archival repair tape also reinforcing and repairing several small holes at fold intersections verso.
