Fine early example from the first un-numbered edition of 1675, subsequently numbered plate 49 to assist the binder.

Two small thumb-hole nicks to bottom paper edge repaired with matching paper but, with generous margins, are 2cm. clear of plate edge. Clean, strong impression in fine later hand colour. Large paper, fleur de lis watermark. Includes original page of typeset text description of the route.
