Prag, Altstädter Ring 21,VII,12, Georg Lesser.
Showing the Marian column in Old Town Square, Prague. The column was erected in 1650 following the Thirty Years war. Being considered a symbol of the monarchy and Catholicism, in celebration of independance from the Hapsburg Empire, the column was torn down in November 1918.(40x28cm).

An original pencil sketch of an unidentified street and medieval fort. The sketch is titled but we have been unable to interpret the text. Signed G. Lesser dated 14.9.24 (36x24cm.)
