Printed and published by Robert Walker in a single edition of The Agreeable Historian, or the compleat English traveller...by Samuel Simpson, Gent. London 1748. The map was not re-issued and were issued in no other publication.

Robert Walker was a prolific printer and had several shops in London and Cambridge.
