Surface wear to boards. Slight cracking at spine but binding firm. Ink manuscript date to front fixed endpaper; June 10 ^th 1826. Light spotting to free endpapers and title, otherwise generally clean throughout. Folding map with short closed tear at intersection with binding just reaching the printed border of the map otherwise fine condition. A very good copy from the first edition of 1826 in neat original binding.
