Segmented in 48 sections and pasted on linen with hand colour to buildings, water and roads. Covers rubbed with Edward Stanford label. No box. Some manuscript additions at Parkside Farm. Browning at segment edges and linen backing fragile at folds with some splitting re-inforced with archival mending tissue on reverse.
