Original ink and watercolour sketch on board showing St Andrew Mews, St Andrew Street, Hertford. 
The painting is untitled and unsigned and was probably an architect's sketch produced as part of the proposal for the construction of the Mews in the late 1970's. (See separte listing for a sketch by the same hand of Wallace House showing the entrance access to the mews.)
