Sancho at the magnificent feast prepared for him at his government of Barataria, is starved in the midst of plenty by his physician Pedro Rezzio who, out of care for his health, ordering every dish from the table before the governor tastes it.
Published in the Heath edition of Hogarth's works in 1822.
