Steel engraving by R. Brandard  after a painting by Joseph Mallord William Turner (1775-1851).
The full title of Turner's painting is "Fishing upon the Blythe-Sand, Tide Setting in."
Blythe Sands are near Sheerness in the Thames Estuary opposite Canvey Island.
