Illustrating the generations of nobility required to be a legitimate member of the Order of Knights of the Hospital of Saint John of Jerusalem, an ancient Catholic military order commonly known as the Knights Hospitaller, founded in the Kingdom of Jerusalem in the 12th century with headquarters in Malta from 1530 to 1798.

From a German issue [c.1686]. 
Horizontal printers crease to upper half otherwise very good.
