Morden's series of smaller maps thought to have been engraved for Camden's Britannia but rejected for being too small. Morden published them a few years later in his New description and state of England...Several later editions.

Distance tables copied from the table used by Matthew Simmons in 1635 & 1636 and by Thomas Jenner from 1643 to 1680. The direction references after the towns in the left column related to the thumbnail map included on Matthew Simmons' publication and had little relevance on Jenners' table and larger map and less on this table with no map.
